Did you know that your computer contains several precious metals, including gold, silver, and platinum? It also contains several hazardous elements. When computers and electronics are disposed of in a landfill these metals and hazardous materials will remain there forever. We’ll take you through the steps of recycling your e-waste, through Kent County’s Electronics Recycling Program, to keep the hazardous materials out of the landfill and to reclaim the valuable elements too.
